no, i know. a 7-1 win over Boston on opening day does not a 100 win season make. however, it's hard not to get excited.
I mean, seriously, they were the most successful team in baseball from 1976 to 1985...when they took the redbirds to task... but since The Brett left, we've been a bit lacking. in all areas. some writers are even less optomistic than me.
anyway, winter guard is over, the ladies finished 7th place (not bad considering we went into finals in 12th place) and i'm hopefull that we can address some of the attitude problems in the fall that held us back this winter. I'd love to get this guard to Dayton for the big show someday. and i liked our tarp better than anyone elses (i swear i didn't pick out the colors)
